On Wednesday 28th of April, Creswick Police have allegedly detected a driver travelling at 154km/h in a 100km/h zone on Bungaree-Creswick road in Creswick.

The 23 year old from Wattle Flat had his car impounded for a period of 30 days at a cost of $1425 and can expect to lose his license for a minimum of 12 months.

The male driver will be charged on summons to appear before the Ballarat Magistrates Court at a later date.
